Located directly on Goring Seafront close to Worthing Sailing Club and the popular Sea Lane Cafe. There is unrestricted street parking as well as a public car park and toilets within a short distance.

The hut measures 2.25m x 1.67m, providing storage for tables, chairs, parasols, and beach items. The double doors have various locks with of course a direct view of the sea. Externally there is a southerly patio area to enjoy the wonderful views.

Goring beachfront is a largely dog-friendly area, with a pleasant green on one side of the promenade.
