Cant say enough good things about these guys..

Didn't have to chase up a single thing, always on the ball and accurate responses and updates throughout. Nothing ever seemed like a much effort, even the small little things. You can really see how much pride they take in their organisation. 100% would re-use Coast & Country if we ever move again.. such a contrast over the usual blood suckers I've used in the past..

Thanks to all for making this the easiest move we have ever had.

I instructed Coast and Country to advertise my flat for sale.

Chris was very informative and kept me up to date with every aspect of the sale. I was very lucky to get an offer on my flat after the first viewing. I was very impressed with the service I received from start to finish and would highly recommend Coast and Country.

Buying a beautiful flat in Littlehampton was made very straightforward by Richard and Phil‘s experience, patience, and expertise. They link up so helpfully with seller and buyer, and go the extra mile to iron out any frustrations or issues. Great communicators and a pleasure to deal with.

Superb service, very knowledgeable and helpful and a good team behind him providing excellent support , highly recommended . Made sale of apartment as smooth as possible.

We were recommended to Coast and Country by a neighbour of my wife's deceased Uncle in the small block of flats where he previously lived. They did not disappoint.

From the outset, they were professional, courteous, responsive and what I really liked above all else, was that they always did what they said they were going to do. They were easy to get hold of on the phone and although our main contact was Chris Stephens, it always felt a team effort and all the staff knew what was going on.

We lived some distance from Worthing but Chris and his colleagues took care of everything, as they said they would. Their experience and judgement drove the sale and we are indebted to Chris and his colleagues.

Thank you

Chris is great, very proactive throughout the whole process and really helped me out!

Our property had been on the market for 6 months with another local agent with no results. After switching to Coast&Country with more favourable terms and conditions a buyer was found very quickly. We were advised on how to present the property prior to viewings.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process, particularly from Rich and Charlie. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I put an offer on a house in March that was on with Coast & Country . Richard Davis and Charlie Cole could not have been more helpful .

The process was complex as the house had been put on by executor of the husband but also involved the wife who had a POA acting on her behalf . So, the process was drawn out ..completed yesterday 26th June ...but Charlie and Rich were constantly on the case and more importantly kept me in the loop.

I visited the house several times with builders, electricians and other members of the team were equally as helpful. Nothing was too much trouble .

Looking forward to moving to Goring that isn't boring according to my daughter who 5 min drive away. Many thanks again for great service that ensured the sale happened.

Hi have just recently rented a property from Coast & Country, The whole process went very smoothly and the letting agent Catherine was phenomenal, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and the communication with her was excellent! She is a definite asset to the business.

I can only say positive things about Sean and his team at Coast & Country. Sean went above and beyond with his service. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Coast & Country, Sean and his team if you are looking for a lettings company who go the extra mile for you.

The whole team at Coast and Country have been very very helpful throughout our entire process.

Every time we’ve had what we thought was a major hiccup, they’ve been there for us and made it no big deal, Which was very reassuring and made one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do in your life just a bit less stressful.

Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Coast & Country recently sold my flat after it had been on the market for a while with another agent. Chris, Richard and Charlie were great throughout the process, their communication was clear and helpful.

I'd 100% recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.
