I had my flat up on the market with an estate agent which I began to feel wasn't being handled very well, and I saw a few properties whilst looking for my next home and was very impressed with the agents from coast and country. So I decided to ask for them to come view my property and went with them.

Phil looked after the sale and got it sold first time...aware it sometimes takes the right person but the help during the sale and communication between him and Charlie was unbelievable especially as I had to deal with a lease hold sale that is more complicated and they couldn't have been more helpful. I cannot recommend them enough from their professionalism and human touch.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service from Chris, Phil and Charlie!! We completed on our dream home Friday and from day one of valuation for our previous home, the service we got from Chris and the team was outstanding!
