I put an offer on a house in March that was on with Coast & Country . Richard Davis and Charlie Cole could not have been more helpful .

The process was complex as the house had been put on by executor of the husband but also involved the wife who had a POA acting on her behalf . So, the process was drawn out ..completed yesterday 26th June ...but Charlie and Rich were constantly on the case and more importantly kept me in the loop.

I visited the house several times with builders, electricians and other members of the team were equally as helpful. Nothing was too much trouble .

Looking forward to moving to Goring that isn't boring according to my daughter who 5 min drive away. Many thanks again for great service that ensured the sale happened.

I had my flat up on the market with an estate agent which I began to feel wasn't being handled very well, and I saw a few properties whilst looking for my next home and was very impressed with the agents from coast and country. So I decided to ask for them to come view my property and went with them.

Phil looked after the sale and got it sold first time...aware it sometimes takes the right person but the help during the sale and communication between him and Charlie was unbelievable especially as I had to deal with a lease hold sale that is more complicated and they couldn't have been more helpful. I cannot recommend them enough from their professionalism and human touch.
