Coast & Country Real Estate was established in 2020 by two of the area’s most well-known estate agents, Chris Trott & Phil Cole. Coast & Country covers a wide area of the West Sussex coastline with offices in Worthing and Goring by Sea and have successfully sold and rented homes from Littlehampton to Hove and all areas in between.

Market Appraisal/Property Valuation
For many homeowners the moving journey and deciding to sell a property takes place long before putting a property on the market. Moving home is one of the biggest events that takes place in life, so we ensure that our free market appraisals and valuations are always conducted with a focus on each client’s individual needs, so we can fully understand the reasons and emotions behind the move, often resulting in a few meetings and phone calls prior to marketing.
We also go a step further by giving detailed advice on how to maximise value to achieve the best price, whether that be presentation or home improvements.
Our meeting is followed up in writing along with detailed information and comparable evidence and we’ll regularly keep in touch on market trends and local property news.

Our viewings are conducted by us. Unlike most estate agents, we do not have home guides, or weekend viewing assistants… we believe that to sell a home, you must know the home.
We know that the difference in achieving the best price for our clients when selling or renting their home can be down to small details and asking the right questions that can not only influence a buyer’s decision but can have an impact on the eventual price achieved.

After each viewing is conducted, we know how keen our clients are to hear what was said about their home. We offer real-time feedback, often within the first 30 mins of finishing the appointment by phone calls, WhatsApp group chats and text messaging. We then follow up with the prospective buyers later that same day or the day after, making sure we gather as much information as we can so we can communicate this back to you.

This part of the selling process is notoriously the most stressful!
After you have accepted an offer and in the sale in the hands of the solicitors, it is vital that all parties stay in constant communication.
We will speak with sellers, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other estate agents throughout the process to help overcome any potential problems before they happen while doing all we can to reduce the overall sale time. We stay ‘hands on’ throughout this period as we firmly believe we can have a strong influence on a successful outcome, taking any worries and stress away from you.
Exchange & Completion
The most exciting and rewarding part of our job!!!
As soon as the exchange of contracts has happened and the completion day is set, we remain on hand to help deal with any last-minute arrangements and getting prepared for the big day!
