The company is a highly professional and bespoke agency serving sellers, buyers, developers, landlords, and tenants; covering the majority of the West Sussex coastline from Worthing to Littlehampton and all in between. We operate with two main principles at heart, our clients and our agents. Our unique style allows us to have a highly focused approach to each individual client and property while ensuring that our individual agents utilise their skills working alongside our clients to achieve the best results. We have over 75 years of combine experience with a loyal client base that has helped us become one of the fastest growing estate agents in the area.
For many homeowners the decision of moving happens long before putting their property on the market. Moving home is one of the biggest events that take place in life so we ensure that our free appraisals and valuations are conducted in a way where we can fully understand the reasons and emotions behind the move, often resulting in a few meetings and phone calls prior to marketing. We will also go another step further by giving detailed advice on how to maximise the value to achieve the best price whether that be presentation or home improvements.
Our meeting is followed up in writing along with evidence to why we have advised the price and we’ll regularly keep in touch on market trends and local property news.
Once you have instructed us to sell your property, we will immediately start speaking with our prospective buyers to help generate interest from the start. This often takes place prior to the marketing materials being produced helping prompt initial interest while we work behind the scenes ready for launch day.

Our viewings are conducted by the directors or the associate you instructed to sell your home. Unlike most estate agents, we do not have negotiators, home guides, or weekend viewing assistants, as we believe that to sell a home, you must know the home. This is because we know that it can be down to small details and asking the right questions that can not only influence whether a buyer decides to pursue the property, but can have a impact on the eventual price achieved. Putting it simply, would you trust someone with thousands of pounds if you didn’t know and trust who would be involved in handing it?
After the viewing/s are conducted, we know that most sellers will be keen to hear what was said about their home. We offer real-time feedback, often within the first 30 mins of finishing the appointment by phone calls, WhatsApp group chats and text messaging. We then follow up with the prospective buyers later that same day or the day after, making sure we gather as much information as we can so we can communicate this back to you. Open Homes, being available 7 days a week, and outside usual hours, is something that allows us maximise any buyer opportunity which can only enhance your chance in selling.

It is often this part of the selling process that is the most stressful! After your home has gone under offer and in the hands of the solicitors, it is vital that all parties stay in constant communication. We will speak with sellers, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other estate agents as much as we need to helping overcome any potential problems before they happen while doing all we can to reduce the overall sale time. The directors and associates also stay ‘hands on’ throughout this period as they can often have a strong influence on various outcomes, taking any worries and stress away from you.
By far this is the most exciting and rewarding part of our jobs. As soon as the exchange of contracts has happened and the completion day is set we remain on hand to help deal with any last minute arrangements and getting prepared for the big day!
