As the property was a new build there were a few long waits and there were a few complications but Chris and Phil were fantastic at making sure we were fully updated with everything which helped put mine and my partners mind at ease when we were going through the house buying process as it can get very stressful.

There are also times they went above and beyond to make sure we got answers when we were not happy with the responses provided by the developers which we were extremely thankful for as I was able to pass these on to the right people to ensure a more quicker transaction overall.
