Our Story

Coast & Country Real Estate was established in 2020 by long standing estate agent professionals, Chris Trott & Phil Cole, with our sales office in Goring Road, Goring by Sea and Lettings Management Hub in Ham Road, East Worthing opening in the following years.

At Coast & Country we pride ourselves on our highly professional and bespoke approach to estate agency, serving sellers, buyers, developers, landlords, and tenants and covering much of the West Sussex coastline from Worthing to Littlehampton and all in between and often beyond to areas such as Bognor Regis, Lancing, Shoreham by Sea, Storrington and Ashington!

Our Company

Our vision is to transform the way estate agency is carried out in the UK, and by doing that, we strive to be different!

Chris & Phil have worked for some of the most recognised and largest estate agents in the area which helped them become some of the most well-known agents within it!

What they learned throughout their careers is that estate agency in the UK has a very transactional mindset. When setting up Coast & Country Real Estate, they promised that they would do the opposite; at the centre of everything we do it will always be about the relationship with the client, not the transaction.

Moving home isn’t just a one-time event for most people, so why should the sale be!

Our foundations have been built on recommendations and referrals with a large amount of our business coming from just that. We are often involved with moving different generations from the same families’ multiple times and fully integrate ourselves into our local communities which gives us a true understanding of our area and our people, enabling us to make sure that working with us to sell or let your home is a personal and enjoyable experience.
